1. Who we are

PixelPro Creative (Pvt) Ltd ("PixelPro", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated in Pakistan (SECP registration 0189432), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozepur Road, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. We also maintain an operational office at Hub71, ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy describes how PixelPro processes personal data of: (a) prospective clients who contact us via the website; (b) clients who sign a retainer or project agreement with us; and (c) visitors to this website. It is drafted to comply with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Act 2023 ("PDPA 2023") and, where relevant, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR for clients and users based in those jurisdictions.

3. What data we collect

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, company name, indicative budget, and the free-text message you send us.
  • Cookies & analytics: limited first-party cookies for session and load-balancing, plus aggregated analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Plausible (IP-anonymised).
  • Client engagement data: the commercial data exchanged under a signed retainer (billing details, project assets, campaign performance, shared credentials you choose to grant us). This is governed additionally by your signed Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.

4. Lawful bases for processing (UK/EU clients)

For contact form submissions: your explicit consent (PDPA 2023 Art. 5(1)(a) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). For client engagements: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). For analytics: legitimate interests in understanding website usage (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), with an opt-out available via cookie banner.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with (a) the client engagement team internally on a need-to-know basis; (b) sub-processors we engage for infrastructure (Vercel, Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Slack, Looker Studio) — all of whom are bound by GDPR-aligned data processing agreements; (c) professional advisers where required.

6. International transfers

PixelPro is based in Pakistan with operational presence in the UAE. Data may be processed in Pakistan, the UAE, the EU (where our hosting provider Vercel maintains edge locations) and the US (where some sub-processor corporate entities are based). All transfers outside the UK/EU are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months from last interaction, then deleted. Client engagement data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, as required by our VAT and corporate retention obligations.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA 2023 and GDPR you have the right to: access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted (where retention obligations do not override), object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Personal Data Protection (Pakistan) or the ICO (UK).
