Quarterly plan document — the commercial targets, the channel mix, the creative and content brief, and the reporting baseline. You sign off before execution starts. Re-opened every QBR.

Execute

Weekly delivery across paid, SEO, creative, content, web. You see our pipeline every day (shared Notion / Linear / Sheet — your call). Weekly standup with your AM. Senior review weekly.

Report

Weekly numbers — shared every Friday by 4pm. Monthly commercial review (90 min). Quarterly business review (half-day, on-site where possible).
