Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-03-10
1. Agreement to terms
These terms govern your use of pixelpro.co and any content or services we make publicly available from this domain. They do not govern a client engagement — those are governed by the relevant signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and Data Processing Agreement, which take precedence over these terms in all commercial matters.
2. Intellectual property
All content on pixelpro.co — copy, case-study text, imagery, brand marks, the "pixelpro." wordmark — is the intellectual property of PixelPro Creative (Pvt) Ltd or of the client brands identified in each case study. Client trademarks appear on this site under an express licence granted by each client for the purpose of promoting PixelPro\'s work. No other use is permitted without written consent.
3. Client work — IP ownership
Under our standard MSA, all deliverables created under a client engagement transfer to the client on full payment of the relevant invoice. PixelPro retains the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio, subject to each client\'s confidentiality preferences, which are recorded in the signed SOW.
4. Retainer framework
Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with a minimum commitment of three months for Starter-tier engagements and six months for Growth and Scale. Notice periods are 30 days for Starter, 60 days for Growth, 90 days for Scale. Invoices are Net-30 unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.
5. Limitation of liability
PixelPro\'s aggregate liability for any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client under the relevant SOW in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We carry professional indemnity insurance of PKR 150M through a Pakistan-licensed insurer.
6. Governing law
These site terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes arising from site use fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lahore High Court. Client engagements are governed by the law specified in the relevant MSA.
7. Updates
We may update these terms — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
