Context

Arcade Living had a Shopify 2.0 store that was beautiful and unshoppable. Rank was dropping every month as the brand opened its Dubai showroom. Faiz Bashir brought us in to stop the bleeding before the Dubai launch.

• Shopify Hydrogen rebuild with an IA designed around how people actually shop for furniture (by room, by fabric, by delivery window — not by category)
• Technical SEO — 700+ redirect plan, schema, internal linking rebuild
• Editorial content engine — 8 pieces/month in partnership with Fatima and Omar
• Dubai launch paid campaign — Meta + Google, GCC-localised
